The condo features many updates and is walkable to Main Street and the Copper Shuttle allowing for easy access to skiing and downtown activity in Frisco. The outdoor space boasts Ten Mile Creek and mountain views to round out the experience. The space The inviting space includes the following: -Large living area TV, wood-burning fireplace, games/DVDs/puzzles/books -Dining space including seating for 8 at the table and 5 at the island. -Patio space with creek and mountain views and a propane grill with seating -Remodeled kitchen with new appliances and amenities to make life easy and convenient like a coffee bean grinder, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, fridge with filtered water and ice-maker, new pots and pans, plenty of dishes, crock-pot, instant pot, and other small appliances. -3 true Bedrooms including a king bed (master), queen bed (BR2), and captains bunk (BR3). Fold up cot or pack-n-play allows for one additional guest. -Recently remodeled bathrooms (showers only). Master bath includes heated tile. The space is ideal for families, couples trips, or small groups of friends. The minimum age to rent is 25 years. Children are welcome in the unit when accompanied by adults. Pets are not allowed at this complex per HOA (exception for owners; you may see pets around).  Smoking (of any kind) is also not allowed. Guest access Condo is located a block from Main St. and the free shuttle that takes you directly to Copper Mountain. Three surface parking spots are allocated to the unit; however, during busy times the lot may fill up (there is an overflow lot a few blocks down). Other things to note Please be aware that while we have made many updates to the unit, the building itself was built in 1974 and the common spaces are less updated. The pool and hot tub do occasionally need maintenence and any downtime is beyond my control, but I will do my best to communicate updates from the HOA as they come to me.
