Villa with phenomenal lake view

You'll have a great time at this lovely place to stay. Family friendly more short distance to the ferry that takes you to Oslo city center in 20 min. The space Pleasant villa with spectacular panoramic views of the fjord. Beautiful garden with greenhouse and balcony outside the bedroom. Children's room in connection master bedroom. Home office options if needed. We are your hosts, Lise and Egil-Aslak and this is our private home. We moved in three years ago. We love the area and are happy to guide you to the best of Oslo and Nesodden with all the local secrets! The space The house was built in 2020 and the view is spectacular – an open and social house, connected with balconies and the door out to our lovely private garden. In the warmer seasons you can enjoy the sun and enjoy meals on the terrace. With two bedrooms on the top floor with double/queen beds, both couples, a family or a group of good friends can easily stay here. Our second bedroom on the lower floor has a bunk bed and a double bed. We usually close this room, unless you need all the beds :) The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom with toilet, bath, sink and shower. There is a larger bathroom in the basement with toilet, sink, shower and attached laundry room. A recently installed heat pump/air conditioning ensures that the living room and kitchen area has a good atmosphere about hot summers and cold winters. The main floor has no TV, but there is a TV room in the basement where you can use our AppleTV to use media content. This is usually our private home and we won't be able to store every trace of our life and stuff, but we will definitely make sure you can stay and have enough space for your stuff! Guest access The house is all yours! Other things to note As hosts, we are enthusiastic if asked for tips in the city or other practical things around our home. But usually, when you rent this house we are usually out traveling - for work or vacation. We will answer your questions anyway, if you have any! You are welcome to read our reviews from renting out our previous apartment by clicking on my user profile:) With our yale doorman front door, you can easily check in with a personal code at your own time without us being present. We have children ourselves, and therefore also a baby bed, high chair, trampoline, sandbox and toys. We love our dear neighbours. This is a residential area so please consider our neighbors in terms of noise. It must be quiet at 22.00 o'clock in the garden area. Please leave the place as you found it! :) That means you have to get to know our fancy central vacuum, cleaning supplies, and you remove the sheets before you leave. Guest access The entire home with multiple balconies, porch, private bathroom and home office is available for you. If there is no need for all the rooms, some of the rooms will be closed off. Other things to note No parties and no noise after 10 pm.
