Cozy house near Lake Schliersee

With us, you can relax in our cozy home. Our house is right on the edge of the Alps and it is close to Lake Schliersee and Lake Tegernsee. You can do various hikes or bike tours in summer and in winter the nearest ski lift is only 5 minutes away by car. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The space The house is our home, so it contains many personal things and does not have the typical hotel character. On the ground floor is an open combined living/dining area with the kitchen and stove. You can go directly into the garden from there. The bathroom and toilet are also located on the ground floor. In addition, there is a small but fully equipped office on the ground floor, where a small sleeping loft can be reached via a ladder. Here is a 2 x 1.4 m mattress on which 1-2 children or even undemanding adults can sleep. But the space is quite narrow. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a 2 x 2 m bed and the two children's rooms, each with a 2 x 1.4 m bed and access to the balcony. In the basement there is a washing machine, which may be used. The rest of the basement is not accessible. We do not own a TV, Wi-Fi is available. The children's rooms are furnished with a desk, books and toys for children between 7-12 years. The house is at the end of a dead end road. You can park a maximum of two cars right next to the house, but it is very narrow. There is a wallbox at the house. Here you can recharge for free as long as the solar power is sufficient. Otherwise, also for a fee if the weather is bad. However, it is easier to park only one car at the house, otherwise it is difficult to turn around and you may have to drive out backwards. Our house is a typical mine cottage from 1948. It has a large garden with pear, apple and plum trees and a beautiful view towards the sunset. We have largely renovated it ourselves, which is why it has a very individual character. Besides us, our cat Lotti lives here. In this respect, you should not have a cat allergy and it would be very nice if you would feed Lotti while we are away. Guest access The entire house, except the basement, except for washing machine access. Other things to note We would like to point out that the property is not fenced. Since the neighboring property is also partly up to 2.5 m lower, increased caution is advisable, especially with smaller children.
