Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll love the comfort and convenience of our space. Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated apartment that can accommodate up to six guests. The space best accommodates 4 adults without the use of sofa bed. Sofa-bed provides ample support for kids or 1 adult. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is everything you need to make a cup of coffee. Several games are provided for rainy days. 2 story apartment. STAIRS REQUIRED for entry. The space THE INDOOR SPACE The French Creek Haven has all the comfort and luxuries of your home from the Roku TVs to the fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed made with cotton sheets, a Roku TV, and sound machines. The pull-out sofa bed is queen-sized. A 1.5 inch memory foam topper is provided for the sofa bed mattress to maximize comfort. Remember this is a sofa bed. While they are comfortable for children, many adults seldom find them comfortable. During the Christmas season, the place is lightly decorated. SNOW REMOVAL IN WINTER During the Winter, the place is shoveled and salted, if needed, around 6 am. It will be shoveled again in the late afternoon, if needed again. A shovel during the winter is provided by the entrance. SECURITY There is 1 exterior security camera located by the main entrance for our guest's safety. STAIRS!!!!! 2 story apartment. Stairs required for entry. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. LAUNDRY The washer and dryer available for guest use. To access, use the exterior door, located below airbnb entrance. THE LAUNDRY AREA, IN THE BASEMENT, IS A SHARED LAUNDRY AREA WITH TENANT NEXT DOOR. OUTSIDE SPACE There is not a yard nor a seated patio. Guest access One parking space is provided for the apartment. Additional parking is available along the street or down the street at Kerrtown Community Center. Other things to note If you would like to use the playpen, please let me know when you book. The playpen has a mattress and a sheet. A baby safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs for your little one's safety. It is retractable. If you book for 5 or more guests, I will set out linens for the queen-size pull-out sofa bed automatically. If 4 or fewer guests, please request the linens for use of the sofa bed upon booking. Please remember that sofa beds provide ample support for children but not necessarily adults. The bedrooms have room-darkening blinds and room-darkening curtains. The butterfly bedroom has 90% blackout curtains. A sound machine is available in each bedroom. The road in the front of the apartment can be quite busy during mid-day. The Laundry area is accessible from the exterior basement door. This is a shared laundry area. The permanent tenant next door has access to do laundry on Tuesday and Wednesday.
