A queen size air mattress is located in the second bedroom closet that can accommodate 2 guests. The apartment can sleep 6 guests with the use of the air mattress. Each bed has a heated mattress pad that you can control for your convenience.. • The apartment has a Large bath with a bathtub & shower.Large towels and washcloths are provided in the private bathroom. In addition, three bath robes are provided for your convenience..The bath also has a towel warmer for your use and the Bath / shower pressure is excellent. There is a 4 port charging station for all your electronic devices located on the table next to the sofa leather sofa in the living room. .Three Smart/ flatscreen TV's are spread out across the apartment; 32inch in each bedroom and a 50 inch flat-screen in the living room . An additional 50 inch smart /flatscreen Tv has been added to the wall outdoors on the patio for your pleasure. • The back patio has an outdoor sofa, set of chairs, a bistro table & chair set and a swing . Enjoy your morning cup of joe or tea & an evening beverage outside. Perhaps you'll see and hear red & blue birds, squirrels, or even a deer running about. • The kitchen has a full-sized fridge with ice maker,microwave, as well as a new 4-burner stove with oven for cooking. Kitchen equipped with Keurig K single cup coffee maker and regular coffee machine. The kitchen cabinets are labeled and stocked with different teas, coffee, spices and lots more . The kitchen & bath doors are labeled making it easy finding everything . Washer and dryer is available for guests booking five (3) nights or more. Laundry detergent is provided. You can enjoy the smooth water for drinking and bathing provided by the whole house water filtering system. • Each bedroom contains a floor fan, the living room has a ceiling fan, and the kitchen has a guest-controlled air conditioning unit. The whole apartment has central air conditioning . During the winter months central heat is always running. • Also, the entire home is pet and smoke free and there is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.. **In addition, only registered guest are allowed during your stay. Use the 4-digit code provided to unlock the door and enter the apartment. .Please remove your shoes upon entry. New socks are provided in animal print box at door. (See picture in photos.) • Once inside you'll have access to the entire apartment (living room, hallway, kitchen, and outdoor patio), plus both bedrooms and the private bathroom. There is a door in the living room that leads to the owners home but it is always locked for your privacy. Washer and dryer are available for guests booking (5) nights or more.
