The space Historic 815 was built on two large corner city lots in 1912. Carefully maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath with large rooms, high ceilings, upgraded double hung insulated windows, mini split ductless air conditioners, refinished wood and painted floors, it contains a functional mix of mid century and new furniture. Guest access All rooms are accessible to guests. Our large vacant lot east of the home is available for dog walking or extra parking for hunting trucks, trailers. Only the garage interior and back room of garage are off limits. Other things to note Well mannered pets are welcome. Use good judgement about furniture. I have added an outdoor dog pen, approximately 5'x10', 6' high, with igloo doghouse. Enjoy sitting on the front porch! After 6 guests there will be a $25 per extra person, per night charge.
