Peaceful place between city and archipelago

Spacious home surrounded by nature, close to both the sea and Stockholm. The location offers plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful archipelago and all the sightseeing in Stockholm. Walking distance to several beaches. Close to the bus that takes you to Stockholm city in 30 min and shopping center in 10 min. Värmdö is an attractive destination for guests who want to experience some of the most beautiful parts of Sweden. The space The entire house has been renovated in 2023. It has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a new bathroom. The house has inviting social areas, such as a spacious living room (with air conditioning and fireplace), a glass-enclosed veranda with a fireplace, a large garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue facilities. Guest access The guests have the entire house to themselves and a partially secluded section of the garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. Four bicycles and private parking for multiple cars are available. The glass-enclosed veranda is perfect for outdoor relaxation on rainy days. Other things to note A 10-minute drive or bus ride to Stavsnäs, a hub for archipelago boats. An office workspace can be arranged if needed (either in the living room or one of the bedrooms). Please notify us at the time of booking if this is required. There are beds for 5 people (three bedrooms) and a sofa bed in the living room. An extra mattress can be provided. Final cleaning is not included but can be arranged at a cost of 600 SEK. Please notify us at the time of booking if this is required. The house is equipped with blankets and pillows, and it is possible to rent bed linen including towels for 100 SEK per person per week. Within walking distance to one of Sweden's best golf courses, Wermdö Golf & Country Club.
