Little Cabbage Patch

Located in the Riverside Neighborhood of Elizabeth City, originally known as the cabbage patch, this little house is a few blocks from the river and about 1 mile from the downtown waterfront. We are located 50 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean! Our little house includes access to the large fenced in yard, which is shared with the main house on the property. We have one extremely friendly hound to humans, but unfortunately she is picky with other dog friends so no other pets are allowed. The space Experience tiny living in this 576 square foot home, previously converted from a 2 car garage. It includes a full kitchen, dining space, 3/4 bath, one bedroom and one living room. All on the ground floor. Please note: this is a SMALL house with a SMALL bathroom and SMALL kitchen. The price of the listing is meant to reflect that. Although tiny, it is fully functional for up to 2 people. Furthermore, this is located in a residential neighborhood, so you may hear neighbors mowing or blowing their lawn in the mornings. My partner and I are rehabbing the main house next door, so we will be in and out (possibly using power tools) however we will make sure it outside of quiet hours.
