The space Welcome to Rawson Beach House, our newly renovated townhouse at "The Pines" directly across from beautiful Stockton beach, with 30 miles of golden sand. Just walk out the door and you are 30m from the sand and surf....... It is available for holiday accommodation, suitable for families or those who are looking for a relaxing space to chill out and enjoy the beach, and all the other activities that Stockton, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley have to offer. The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable upstairs lounge with bifolds doors that open onto a balcony with ocean views. PLEASE NOTE, MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS IS 4. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER. If only adults are staying then the space can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults in 2 double beds. It can accommodate 4 adults and 2 young children (4 adults in 2 double beds, 2 children in king single beds. Please note we do not allow any more than 4 adults in the property under any circumstances. The open plan kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, stove and oven. There is no dishwasher. The laundry has both a front loading washing machine and dryer. The townhouse has a television (not smart) and guest Wifi is available, but most people spend their time outside or at the beach! Guest access Guests can access all rooms in the house, with only two storage areas inaccessible. Parking is available in front of the house or at the rear. It's never a problem to park. Other things to note We provide fresh linen for the beds, bath mats and towels (bath and beach). No smoking. No parties - its a quiet residential area. Stockton is only across the water from Newcastle and there is a regular, inexpensive ferry service. However, please note that to drive to Newcastle is a 20 minute car journey.
