The space Through the private entrance, you enter the ground floor of the property, which is about 55m2. Here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a washer and dryer, a cozy living area with a sofa, chair, and TV, and the bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with wardrobes, both equipped with air conditioning. Please note: the bedroom for four people is quite small. When four people stay, there is limited space to move around or store luggage. A mattress can be moved to the other bedroom if needed, either by you or by us upon request. Other things to note Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a free-standing induction stove with a large oven. There’s a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. If you're arriving at a late hour and would like some groceries ready, we can arrange that upon request. Bathroom: The bathroom comes with hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo from Atelier Rebul. A hairdryer is provided, along with towels and toilet paper. Laundry: The washing machine and dryer are available for use and are located in the living area of the home. Heating: The property has central heating and a pellet stove. Ironing: An iron and a small ironing board are located upstairs. Bedrooms: The bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and both rooms have air conditioning. Outdoor: Enjoy your private garden by the water, perfect for swimming or ice skating. While the nearby road can be a bit busy at times, it also provides easy access to public transport, ensuring frequent bus services.
