The Gate House See our 5 star reviews! Located in one of Tauranga’s finest areas, our spacious new granny flat (80sqm) is perfectly appointed to make your stay comfortable. Set in the grounds of our own home The Gate House is completely self contained with 2 bedrooms a full kitchen, lounge and dinning area We welcome guests dogs We take great pride in our Super host status We have 3 super friendly dogs who may say hello but won’t bother you. SORRY BUT WE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 The space Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The bedding is luxury Wallace Cotton and the towels are Calvin Klein. There is a second bedroom with a single bed with a trundler bed under. There is also a second seperate toilet. The only shower is in the en-suite. In the laundry area there is a washing machine. It’s a new build so immaculate. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from an Nespresso machine to cake tins! We also have Sky, Neon, and Prime. The property borders a fabulous dog walk with a stream. Other things to note The property is next door to our own home.
