It is located in a residential area, very close to Estudios Churubusco, 10 min from downtown Coyoacán, 15 min from Foro Sol, 20 min from the Airport, 30 min from downtown CDMX, fast access roads. NO PETS The space It is a small space away from the house, with parking, we share a patio and access to the property, the street is closed and has 24/7 surveillance, very bright and ventilated on the ground floor, on the next street there is space to walk and stroll with many trees, very bright at night. We are just two blocks from Churubusco between 7th and 8th Avenues, which is very easy to access. Guest access You will have access to your apartment and the common area of the patio that has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Please keep noise down and respect quiet hours (10pm to 7am).
