La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect! The space With Matthieu we renovated La Petite Maison as a guest house... It is part of a set of houses on our property. La Grande Maison where we live with our two children (11 and 5 years old) and our two cats, Le Fournil that we have not yet renovated and La Petite Maison! When you arrive from the road that goes to the forest and you enter our home, you feel like you are arriving in a small hamlet typical of the region, it is our little paradise. With a 2 ha plot and panoramic views of the Percheron countryside, you feel in the countryside while being close enough to the village. In the Small House you have on the ground floor, a cozy living room with a wood stove, a small kitchen and a shower room. Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a bench that can be converted into a single bed. We also have the option to install a crib if you wish (BabyBjorn) and a high chair. We decorated the house as if it were our own by mixing antique decoration from the local flea markets with decorative finds! In the kitchen, you will find a small fridge and two hotplates if you want to cook. The staircase leading to the bedroom is not secure on the left side, so we decline all responsibility in case of concern. However, we can install a barrier for the safety of small children at the bedroom level. If you come with your child, please let us know their age so we can prepare suitable games and books! And of course children are more than welcome to play in the garden with our children! We have a trampoline, a small cabin, a ping pong table, Molki game, bowling etc... Guest access You will have unique access to La Petite Maison and we share the garden! You will have a reserved parking space for your car next to the Petite Maison.
