In a very small town of Entre-Deux Mers, close to Bordeaux, our house restored in the regional tradition will seduce you for its calm, its serenity. Your accommodation is totally independent of our living space and it is the only cottage on our property. It is ideal for a couple and a child Charming single-storey house, adjoining the owners' house, with independent access, garden, enclosed parking and swimming pool await you for relaxation and idleness. The space We are ideally located in the town of Bonnetan, in the heart of the Vignoble de l'Entre-Deux-Mers and at the gates of Bordeaux. You can visit the castles and estates of Saint Emilion (25 km), Médoc (40 km), Sauveterre de Guyenne (32 km), Blaye (45 km) etc…. You will also be 15 minutes from Bordeaux (City of Wine, Grand Théâtre, etc.), 20 minutes from St Jean train station, 30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the ARKEA ARENA concert hall in Floirac and, if you need a getaway, 1 hour from the Arcachon Bay. Your accommodation is completely independent of our living space and it is the only cottage on our property. It is ideal for a couple and a child. We offer a house with an area of about 70 m² adjoining ours, overlooking the garden in a quiet and pleasant environment. Inside this 18th century stone house, a large room consisting of a living/dining room is furnished with a sofa; a comfortable armchair; a flat-screen TV and an audio system. The fireplace has been preserved but is no longer in service. Adjacent to the living/dining room is a pantry and an independent kitchen equipped with a stove; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; oven and microwave as well as sufficient dishes and small appliances such as: toaster – Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bedroom consists of a high-end Swissflex bed, measuring 160 x 200 (separate, motorized mattress and bed base, sheets are provided), a small sofa, a large closet and a baby crib. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, a sink and a large mirror. The toilet is separate There is no air conditioning because the thick and well-insulated walls keep things cool in the summer. Outside: Barbecue, iron garden furniture and armchairs. Swimming pool (6x6) with roller shutter, depth 1.40 m, with an integrated mini pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is shared with the owners. A pool regulation is to be signed upon arrival (clothing, access conditions, safety, etc.). Nearby: Local shops located less than a 5-minute drive away (supermarket, pharmacy, health center). Walking (countryside and forests) and close to bike paths. The garden is completely fenced with electric gates. Other things to note It is ideal for two adults and one child. Smoking The house is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. Noise/Neighborhood The house is located in a quiet area, so for your peace of mind and that of our neighbors, we respect the tranquility of the place. Parties are forbidden in the house and garden. Pets We love animals but we have chosen not to accept our four-legged friends. Pool › • Access is from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm; • No swimming supervision by owners who decline their responsibility; • Minor children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and will be under their responsibility and supervision; • The depth of the pool is 1.30 m so it is forbidden to dive: • The pool is not privatized for rental, access is shared with the owners; • A security curtain with key lock is installed. Trash, dishes and linens • On your departure, garbage cans must be emptied and placed in the garbage cans outside near the gate. • No dirty dishes should be left in the sink or elsewhere • Linens are provided (sheets, pillowcases and towels).
