Take it easy at this unique and tranquil long term getaway. Centrally located with direct access to a well maintained walking trail. Close to the airport and many local attractions yet secluded in a great neighborhood with a fenced in back yard, off street parking, and cute green house to relax and enjoy nature. Great for extended business trips, this property requires 28+ day stays per city guidelines. The space Living room contains a couch, 65” smart TV, small dining area with two chairs, and a non-functional fireplace. Key to greenhouse is hanging on shelf in living room. Gray room has full sized bed and small dresser with a twin trundle bed able to be rolled out from under bed. Green room has queen bed, FireTV, and closet. Bathroom does not have a tub, shower only. Double shower heads, the one on left has 5 settings to flip through and find which you enjoy most! Kitchen is equipped with most of the basic cook wear, gas stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Hallway closet used for storage and is unavailable to guests. Laundry room has full washer and dryer with 2 complimentary laundry pods. Door to backyard in laundry room. Greenhouse available to guests but door to garage is locked. Guest access The whole property is accessible to the guests besides one hall closet and the two car garage. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house or under one car covered car port in the back. Car port is small and would not fit larger vehicles. Circle drive by house can not be blocked in order to keep it accessible to other neighbors.
