Our 1960s home was architecturally altered in 2018. While some of its unique Midcentury characteristics have been maintained, the home features a modern kitchen, undercover deck, spa, 2 bathrooms and a double height dining that opens onto a spacious loft where you’ll find shared working, playing and sleeping areas. Our home is close to everything - 6min walk to Westfields, and Sutherland Hospital, 8min walk to Miranda Station, and 8min drive to Cronulla Beach and the Royal National Park The space The living room windows face north so the house is drenched in natural sunlight all throughout the day. Distant views of the city can be enjoyed but the mature eucalyptus trees that line the street is what draws your attention. The furniture has been carefully selected by the architect owner who has a keen interest in mid century furniture and Scandinavian design. The front and backyard has over 200m2 of flat grass, perfect for kids sport or baking in the sun.
