May Cottage in Mountain River

May Cottage is a comfortable, cosy cottage nestled in beautiful Mountain River in the Huon Valley, with stunning views of Sleeping Beauty. The cottage is on a 2 acre family property, with easy access and ample parking. Although situated 50m away, the main house is well out of sight. The cottage features a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and sunny verandahs. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests (see description below) 12 minutes to Huonville 30 minutes to Hobart The space May Cottage has an open living area, with mountain views, heated with a heat-pump. There is a TV provided and WiFi available (occasionally temperamental) The spacious daybed can convert to a king size bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen has breakfast provisions, tea, coffee, milk and other basic pantry items. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with electric blanket and a wall heater. The small second bedroom has a double bed. We welcome families and can provide a high chair and travel cot if required. The cottage is within a fully fenced garden. Mountain River is a great place from which to explore the beautiful Huon Valley. There is an abundance of cafes, wineries, cideries, bakeries, markets, artisan studios, bushwalks and beaches. There are also the main attractions including TheTahune AirWalk, Hastings Caves and Thermal Pool, Eagle Glide, Kayaking, Jet Boats, Festivals and National Parks. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage to themselves. There is plenty of space for parking, including trailers or caravans.
