A 50-inch smart TV is provided. On the west balcony there is a seating lounge with a small table. Here you can relax, sunbathe or chill in summer, because here it is pleasantly quiet and sunny. The new fitted kitchen from Häcker is very well equipped. In the kitchen you will find a NESPRESSO coffee machine, cups, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, toaster, hand blender and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. A stovetop with two plates and an oven are enough to create a fine meal. Even after eating, the dishwasher keeps your kitchen tidy. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed and two different mattresses (medium hard and soft) with topper and bed linen and can be completely darkened thanks to roller shutters. There is a bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine and towels in the bathroom. If you need a parking space, it is located in the same building in the underground garage and can be rented for an additional €10.00 per day if required.
