The room has a private bathroom, The room has AC , Smart TV, Cable TV, Internet. Our guests can make use of a Fotada Kitchen, living room, dining room and an amazing balcony to relax with a hammock. We leave our guests with clean supplies of Sabanas, Cobijas, Towels and Toilet paper. 10MEGAS internet The space What makes this place unique is the very wonderful location 3 blocks from the beach and a walking path and four blocks from the airport and 5 minutes from the Moros (tourist and concert area) and the historic center. Guest access Our guests can make use of a Endowed Kitchen, living room, microwave , oven ,dining room and an amazing balcony to relax with a hammock or sofa to rest. During your stay Please feel free to deal with as much or as much as you would like. We are always here to help with anything you need. Our hours are from 8:00 AM (8 Hours) to 10:00 PM (22 Hours), every day of the week. If there's an emergency, please feel free to contact us. For safety reasons, everyone must present their ID at the time of entering the property and registering. The Entry or Check In Time to the property is after 3:00 PM (15 Hours) and the Check Out or Check Out Time is before 12:00 AM (12 Hours). If our property is available before Check In time, they will be allowed to check in before 3:00 PM (15 Hours). For our guests who plan to arrive early at the property and/or plan to leave in the afternoon evening, we can store their luggage completely free of charge. We do this so they can take advantage of their time in the city. NOTE: Failure to check out at 12pm will be fined the value of an additional night. Other things to note The cleaning cost we charge is to clean our property when you finish your stay. Daily maid service is not included. If the person wishes to take this service, they must pay an additional cost for them. Contact us to request this service. For bookings longer than 2 weeks, we include a weekly cleaning.
