When entering “The Suite Spot,” you immediately see a spacious living room with leather couches and a 75-inch smart TV with WiFi and access to streaming platforms. Two end tables double as slide-up laptops or food tables, fully allowing you to enjoy this multifunctional space. There are two bedrooms, each with authentic Danish modern teak beds with floating nightstands, 55-inch TVs, refinished Franklin Shockey dressers, large cedar closets, soft Egyptian cotton linens, high-end pillows, ceiling fans, adjustable lighting, and a seating area that has multiple electrical outlets for all your needs. The full apartment also has “roll-a-way” shutters that provide two services. First, they provide full blackout for the best sleep and the perfect setting to watch your favorite movie! Secondly, the shutters help the space maintain a comfortable temperature blocking out the heat. All the shutters are manual, except the large front bay window has an electric shutter that opens and closes with a flip of a switch…so nice. There is a pristine bathroom with all the amenities, including 100% cotton towels, ample closet space, and venting to the outside. The shower head has multiple settings for messages, and the area is equipped with Dove shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and Dove hand soap and body lotion next to the sink. The kitchen is modern with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher (pods included), stove, vented stove hood to the outside, refrigerator, microwave, and full-size stackable washer and dryer (pods included.) A beautiful stained glass window gives inspiration. The original all pine cabinets are fully refinished and topped off with Black Galaxy Granite…what!!! There is a farmhouse sink with a restaurant-quality faucet sprayer, garbage disposal, and plenty of room to cook and dine in, which includes a large granite island and four leather bar stools.
