Cozy cottage vacation - 3 minutes from the beach

Cozy cottage just a 3-minute walk from the sea. Beautiful, undisturbed garden with 3 terraces, sun and space for play, and relaxation in hammocks. The cottage is located on Odden, so there is water on both sides. A short walk and you can enjoy an ice cream overlooking Kattegat. You can also hop on the bike (there are children's and adult bikes) to Sejrøbugten (5 min). Sommerland Zealand is 15 minutes from here, and in the harbor town you will find the local smokehouse, fishmonger, wine shop with French specialties and Tir bakery. The space The cottage consists of a cozy open kitchen/dining room/living room with dining area and sofa area (sofa bed). There are large windows throughout the room overlooking the beautiful garden, where you can see deer, hares, hedgehogs and a rich bird life. From the living room there is an exit to the covered terrace with dining area and gas grill - here you can sit in the shade of a fantastic wisteria, enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the mild summer evenings. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and dresser. In the other room there is a bunk bed, dresser, toys, games and books for free use. The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and shower, as well as water heater for the house. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, bowls, cutting boards, salt, pepper and spices). There's also tableware for at least 8 people. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, stove and electrical appliances (blender, mixer, electric kettle, etc.) A few meters from the house there is an annex of 10m2 with a double bed with a bunk bed above and a dresser. It's a cozy little cottage in itself. The cottage is located on a lovely, undisturbed plot with lots of nature, flowers, trees and a small wild garden. There are also herb gardens and berry bushes that you are welcome to taste. There is a swing, trampoline and a home-built wooden hut with a slide. There are garden and beach toys (croquet, badminton, shovel and bucket), hammocks for relaxing under the trees, children's and adult bicycles and sunbeds. On the 3 terraces (one of which is covered) you can enjoy the sun all day long. You can park the car in the carport.
