BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW CARAVAN Brand new Swift Bordeaux caravan with gorgeous, unobstructed sea view at Seton Sands Haven Park. Edinburgh city centre and centrally located to countless points of interest. Maximum 6 occupants. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and star-filled nights over the Firth of Forth from the spacious, furnished deck. The space TOur lovely Swift Bordeaux caravan, has a beautiful, unobstructed view across the Firth of Forth. You can enjoy the amazing Edinburgh sunsets from your private deck and the twinkling lights of Fife across the water at night. *Maximum number of guests; 6 *No parties or larger gatherings *The kitchen is fully-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. And we love the full-sized fridge and freezer! *Dining area and table that seats up to six. *The living room has a 42" TV and DVD player, beautiful electric fireplace/heater, and two comfy couches. *Central heating and double glazing to keep you cozy-warm. *Three bedrooms; one double-bed, and four caravan twin/cot-sized. All of the mattresses are new, REAL mattresses... not the old-fashioned, standard cot mattresses. *Two baths; One full bath with shower, the other en suite with sink and toilet. *The van has it's own internet router. Streming services can be accessed on the TV. Password is provided at the van. Just a note: The signal at the park is unpredictable. We're hoping, at some point, they follow thru on their promise to get their own server... so far, they haven't. *Large, furnished, deck with a gorgeous, unobstructed view across the Firth of Forth to Fife, and way up the Firth to Edinburgh and the famous bridges of Edinburgh in the distance. *We provide freshly cleaned linens and towels. (And a couple of rolls of toilet paper so you don't get "stranded" upon your arrival!) *Guests will also find a small welcome pack of coffee, tea and sugar. *Parking for one car directly at the van Guest access Seton Sands Haven Park offers many amenities including TWO large, indoor pools. The pool complex includes water features, scheduled water activities, fun pool equipment toys, long and winding water slides, and a large toddler pool with it's own little water feature! The showers and dressing areas are well-appointed and always clean. Floor to ceiling windows in the pool complex let the sun shine in, bringing the outdoors inside, but keeping any chilly weather out! Seaton Sands also offers a beautiful nine-hole golf course, complete with lakes, a clubhouse, and gorgeous views. The Entertainment complex includes a lovely, sit-in, full-menu restaurant and bar, a take-away chippy/pizza restaurant, a fun arcade, small gambling arcade (for the big ones), pool table, a showroom with bar with scheduled early shows for children and later shows for adults. Outside activities include an bungee ride for the adventuresome, a fun outdoor play area (with rope climbing structure, slides, swings, teeter-totter, etc), pedal carts to hire, and a completely contained, football, basketball, game court. The park also has a laundry facility and convenience store on site for guests. **PARK PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED in rental price, please check the Seton Sands Haven website for prices and information. Passes are not required during the day for the restaurants, arcade and indoor play areas. Passes ARE required for swimming, all shows and activities, and are required after 5:00 p.m. for restaurants, and indoor play areas. **ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CHECK AVAILABILITY OF ACTIVITIES YOU’RE INTERESTED IN BEFORE PURCHASING PASSES. Other things to note *No smoking *(Sorry, no pets. (Not an easy decision, because we LOVE dogs,.) *No parties. Our location is prime, and it's tempting to make our caravan the "hang-out" for friends and families who might also be staying at the park, but we're renting the van to you, not a larger group. Please, please respect our wishes and don't use our van as the hang-out or party van. It nearly always leads to damage and our cleaners having to spend a lot of extra time to ready it for our next guests. The caravan is our home away from home, we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. We've put a lot of TLC into it and hope our guests treat it with some of TLC of their own.
