Spacious bathroom with overbath shower, sink with vanity unit with large mirror and light above. Toilet, freestanding cupboard with spare towels. There is a continental clothes drier behind cupboard. Fitted kitchen with built in cooker, hob and microwave. Free standing fridge freezer with ironing board stored at the side. Iron located in cupboard, nearest the hall, under the breakfast bar. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, pans, oven bakeware, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster. A tassimo coffee machine available on request - pods not provided. Boiler cupboard by back door. Combi boiler providing instant hot water. Heating is manually activated, when needed, by pressing the second button next to thhe water. Please ensure heating is switched off when leaving the bungalow. Garden - fully enclosed, very private.Small bistro table - seats 4. Rattan patio set comprising 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 stools and glass topped table. All chairs have deep, cushions. Store box for cushions. Any missing cushions can be located under the bed in the main bedroom. There is also a clothes line. Guest access Access can be gained to the property through the main entrance at the front. Key is located in keysafe at side of property by gate. Keysafe number provided on day of arrival. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: THE WATER TABLE IS VERY LOW AT THE BUNGALOW WHICH MEANS DRAINS ARE PRONE TO BLOCKING. PLEASE DO NOT PUT WIPES OR SANITARY PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND DOWN THE TOILET. A BIN AND NAPPY SACKS ARE PROVIDED FOR DISPOSAL.
