Small bedroom with 2 extra long twins or 1 king bed and shared use of the downstairs. I provide coffee, tea, & a selection of breakfast snacks for my guests. The use of the washer/dryer is free to make your stay easy & more enjoyable. Free parking for 2 cars or small RV. Home is lived in by me + my child | 1 dog | 3 cats. 🐕 dog is very friendly. 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛ cats are playful & cuddly. The space Shared living space during your stay includes the kitchen, living room, breakfast nook/office space, dining room, & a full bathroom/laundry room. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the backyard that has a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella, a two-person swing, and a fire pit with chairs around it. In the front yard, there are 3 chairs for lounging and make a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Guest access You will have shared access to the first floor of the house and the backyard*. The first floor consists of the following: your bedroom, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook/office space, dining room**, full bathroom with washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced in and fairly private. Make yourselves at home and enjoy the picnic table, hammock, and flattop grill. There is a fire pit that is available for your use as well. *Use of the backyard is typically limited to the following dates due to weather: Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend. **Dining room is currently under a little make over! During your stay If you have booked a time where I am not in the home during your stay, please message me if you have questions or need assistance with anything! Other things to note I have a 2 guest limit due to the size of the bedroom. If you need to share the space with two adults, a child, and/or a baby please message me before booking and I will gladly discuss the details of additional guests for your potential reservation.
