Small bedroom with 2 twins or 1 king bed and shared use of the downstairs. I provide coffee, tea, & a light breakfast for my guests. The use of the washer/dryer is free to make your stay easy & more enjoyable. Free parking for 2 cars or small RV. Home is lived in by me + my child | 1 cat + 1 dog. Shared living space during your stay includes the kitchen, living room, breakfast nook/office space, dining room, & a full bathroom/laundry room. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the backyard that has a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella, a two-person swing, and a fire pit with chairs around it. In the front yard, there are 3 chairs for lounging and make a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. You will have shared access to the first floor of the house and the backyard*. The first floor consists of the following: your bedroom, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook/office space, dining room**, full bathroom with washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced in and fairly private. It has a little brick patio with a table, umbrella, and four chairs and there is a fire pit that is available for your use. *Use of the backyard is limited to the following dates due to weather: Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend. **Dining room is currently under a little make over! House of Tucci is located in a small town residential area. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, which consists of playgrounds, little stores, restaurants, grocery store, post office, etc. Downtown Berrien Springs is just a couple blocks away, Lake Michigan beaches, Downtown Saint Joseph, Notre Dame, & South Bend are only 20-30 minutes away. I have a 2 guest limit due to the size of the bedroom.
