We offer a modern and fully equipped house with an area of 160 m2 for 10 people, located on a plot of 12 ares. You won't be bored with us :) The space We have a large, fenced garden, where you will find: - a hot tub for 8 people (extra charge, in winter months the availability of the hot tub depends on positive air temperatures), - a large playground with 2 swings (we also have a seat for the smallest kids), with a slide, sandpit, house with terrace, ladders and climbing wall, - a place for a bonfire and a barbecue, - a sunny terrace with an area of 64m2, - a large gazebo with a table and chairs, - sun loungers, hammock, garden furniture, wooden table, benches and a lot of green grass. The building is a single-story building, so it is easy to move around. Free WiFi, basic fiber optic TV and parking are available on site. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. The house consists of two new, separate and fully equipped apartments, which definitely improves the comfort of accommodation and at the same time adds privacy. Each of them has a separate entrance. You can book the entire house for up to 10 people, or each apartment separately. The larger apartment (Gray Zone) with an area of 85m2, has a functional bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a separate kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed (sleeping area: 120x270cm) and a TV, a bedroom with 3 single beds with the possibility of connecting and a TV as well as a hall. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is accessed by stairs from the front of the building. The living room leads directly to the sunny terrace. The smaller apartment (Blue Zone) has an area of 75 sq. m. It includes a functional bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a living room with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed (sleeping area: 149x202cm) and a TV, a bedroom with 3 single beds with the possibility of connecting and a TV. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The entrance to the apartment is from the terrace side. The living room leads directly to the sunny terrace. We also have travel cots, high chairs, bathtubs, platforms and toilet covers for the youngest guests, which are available on request.
