The house is a lovely little time warp where the original '70s vibe has been preserved. There is a small, bright bedroom and a cozy chamber with a bunk bed. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating and cozy kitchen-dining room. The grounds are completely fenced and dogs are welcome. A 25-minute drive to the west is the North Sea with miles of deserted sandy beaches. The space There is a cozy atmosphere and a guarantee of relaxation in Sofie's house, which is from 1979. Here you will not get a luxury stay with a dishwasher, pool and WiFi. Instead, it's about getting away from everyday opportunities and habits. So enjoy a dishwashing, a book, a puzzle or a lovely walk by the fjord - you can swim in Nissum Fjord from the small beach at Harpøt Havn 400 meters from the house. If you want to swim in the sea, then Fjaltring beach - Høfde Q - is a 20-minute drive from here. The house is located on a fenced plot, where the fence is 110 cm high - so you can safely let the dog loose in the garden. We love nature and biodiversity, so don't expect a trimmed lawn and fine flower beds - here we live by the principle "Wild on purpose". There is a brand new wood stove and heat pump in the house. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The nearest major city is Lemvig, which is a 25-minute drive away. Here you will find good shopping, several supermarkets, cultural life and restaurants. Nearest grocery store: Bøvling, which is 7 kilometers away. There is also a doctor and pharmacy. NOTE: Charging an electric car at the house is not allowed! The power grid can't handle it, and you risk burning down the whole house! Other things to note The bedroom is not that big and the bed is only 195 cm long - so if you are very tall I would recommend that you take the bunk bed in the small room as it is 200 cm long. Please bring your own towels, dish towels, cloths, and linen (duvets and pillows). Wood for the wood-burning stove can be purchased at gas stations and supermarkets. There is no wifi in the house, but the 5G connection tends to be good. The owners often have dogs and cats in the house, so if you have allergies, please be aware of this.
