This two story townhome has an open plan common space downstairs, featuring a kitchen with a large island with seating, a dining nook with brilliant lighting and a cozy living room with a 65” HD TV. Just off the living room, the glass sliding doors open up to a screened lanai that is filled with warm Florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Upstairs you’ll find three spacious bedrooms. The Sunshine Room is brightly decorated with an en-suite bathroom featuring his and hers sinks and a shower. Down the hallway, is the Coastal Room and the Evergreen Room that share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is also a laundry room on the second floor stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dryer balls for your use. The entire home is yours to enjoy! 2 floors of indoor space and a screened in lanai and grassy area. Guests also have access to the playground and community pool which has bathrooms and changing rooms. One of the hosts will be available to help during check in. Please give advanced notice of arrival time so we can ensure coverage. During your stay, you can expect timely responses to messages in the app between 6am - 10pm. Please reach out to us if you can’t find something in the home or need help operating the TV, AC etc we are always happy to help! The home is located in a quiet gated community. You’ll be welcomed with waves and “good mornings” as you walk down the palm tree lined sidewalks. There is one parking space in front of the garage. If you have a second car, please let us know before hand so we can leave a parking pass for you in the entryway. There are two guest parking areas in the community where you can park the second car, one at the mailboxes and one by the pond. Cleaning supplies can be found under the sinks in the kitchen and in each bathroom. Disposable supplies can be found in the pantry in the kitchen.
