The space This two story townhome has an open plan layout downstairs, featuring a kitchen with a large island and seating, a dining nook with brilliant lighting and a cozy living room with a 65” HD TV. Just off the living room, the glass sliding doors open up to an airy screened lanai that is filled with warm Florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Upstairs you’ll find three spacious bedrooms. The Sunshine Room is brightly decorated with an en-suite bathroom featuring his and hers sinks and a shower. Down the hallway, is the Coastal Room and the Evergreen Room that share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is also a laundry room on the second floor stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dryer balls for your use. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy! 2 floors of indoor space and a screened in lanai and grassy area just outside the lanai. Guests also have access to the playground and community pool which has loungers, tables, chairs, bathrooms and changing rooms.
