This unit opens into the double parlour with large south facing bay windows. The living room contains one dedicated work space area (complete with an external monitor), a couch and a TV. Attached to the living room is the dining room. The dining table is currently set up to have 4 places, but can be extended to seat 6. This room contains the reading nook and the second dedicated work space. The two bedrooms come off the dining room. Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed and can sleep two. Relax and unwind in plush bedding! Bedroom 2 contains two twin bed. These beds are low to the ground (roughly 10 inches from the ground). The beds can be connected together to form a king bed. Please let us know when you book if you'd like to have the two beds connected together to form a king bed! The kitchen is complete and ready for you to make your first meal! You can find all amenities you need - from a ninja juicer, to a blender to an an assortment of pots and pans. There is ample pantry space should you need to store some items. Or feel free to use the large island to dine while cooking. We ask guests to remove their shoes in this property to help keep the space clean and of you to feel like home away from home. Guest access Guests have full access to the unit. The garden is a shared space and we ask that you respect other neighbours who use this space. The garden has a fire pit and small Webster grill for your use. For safety reasons we ask that you use both of these items on the asphalt area of the garden and stay 2-3 meters away from the side of the house. Other things to note The lockbox is at the rear of the property but we ask guest to use the front entrance exclusively for the privacy of the guests.
