Beach house apartment with ocean view

The best view in town! Peaceful place directly located at the waterfront. We provide a nice and cosy flat on the lower floor in a two-story house with a garden and ocean view from bedroom, kitchen and living room. Centrally located in Hvammstangi town with everything in walking-distance: supermarket, restaurant, seal center, swimming pool, KIDKA knitting factory, pharmacy & more. Seals & whales can be watched occasionally from our backyard - no guarantee:) The space The perfect place to relax! Spacious flat with its own entrance from the garden. Kitchen, bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and ocean view. One spacious bathroom with WC, shower, dryer and washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a WC. In the living room there are two couches and a TV. If you are a book lover: Lots of books and magazines are also available in our little library. At the moment we are painting the house and the upper half of the house is already red and the lower part is green. Guest access Separate entry to the flat through the garden. The garden is also the only shared space. We are a small family and very quiet and considerate. Nevertheless it is one house and some sounds may transfer from up to downstairs. We speak Icelandic, English and German. Other things to note There are a lot of things to look at in the area. From Hvammstangi you can take a trip around Vatnsnes peninsula which is famous for seal watching and the "dragon rock" Hvitserkur. The canyon Kolugjufur is also very close (20 min). Hvammstangi is also a good resting stop between Akureyri and Reykjavík as well as before or after driving into the Westfjords. Registration Details HG-00016427
