March & April Guests: You are perfectly positioned for the IEA Zone 4 Finals (Mar 12-15), the Tryon Welcome Series (starting Mar 19), and the Spring Dressage & Combined Driving events in April. Biosecurity Committed: We follow enhanced equine biosecurity cleaning protocols on all high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe environment for you and your gear. Location Highlights TIEC: 10 minutes (easy, paved drive). Cleghorn Golf & Sports Club: 5 minutes. Dining & Groceries: 15 minutes to downtown Rutherfordton or Columbus. Day Trips: 1 hour to Asheville, Hendersonville, or the Blue Ridge Parkway. Guest access Guests will have 24 hour access to the entire home through a keypad lock located on the front door. Prior to their arrival they will be given a unique access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Other things to note We urge our guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances that would result in a cancellation of their stay. We have a few rules for our furry guests: 1. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture / beds under any circumstances - this helps us keep our home inviting to those who may be sensitive to pets. Failure to adhere to this guideline could result in an additional cleaning fee of $150. 2. Please don’t leave your pet inside the home unattended. Either take them with you or plan to travel with a crate(s) for them while you’re out. If pets are left unattended, you may be asked to leave & no refund will be given for unused nights. 3. Please make sure you keep them leashed when outside (we’ve seen a few bears) & pick up the 💩 after each potty break and dispose of in bagged trash.
