DirectTV access & all the comforts of home. W/D available for guest use. The space This beautiful home is all on one level, located in a gated community & sleeps 6 with 2 King beds & 1 Queen bed. There is a large, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The side-by-side refrigerator has water & ice in the door and plenty of room for food. Enjoy making your morning coffee in our Keurig, complimentary K-cups, non-dairy creamer & an assortment of sugars are provided. There is a 4 burner gas stove, with flat top griddle in the middle, as well as an oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. We do our best to keep the home stocked with the following complimentary amenities: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea & basic kitchen spices. Guest access Guests will have 24 hour access to the entire home through a keypad lock located on the front door. Prior to their arrival they will be given a unique access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Other things to note We urge our guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances that would result in a cancellation of their stay. We have a few rules for our furry guests: 1. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture / beds under any circumstances - this helps us keep our home inviting to those who may be sensitive to pets. Failure to adhere to this guideline could result in an additional cleaning fee of $150. 2. Please don’t leave your pet inside the home unattended. Either take them with you or plan to travel with a crate(s) for them while you’re out. If pets are left unattended, you may be asked to leave & no refund will be given for unused nights. 3. Please make sure you keep them leashed when outside (we’ve seen a few bears) & pick up the 💩 after each potty break and dispose of in bagged trash.
