Renovated farmhouse in the countryside

Our house is an old renovated and comfortable farmhouse. Ideal for 1 to 2 families, the property includes animals (sheep, chickens, cats) on 1 hectare. On site, you can enjoy the large swimming pool (11 m x 6 m), its pool house with equipped summer kitchen, pizza oven and gas plancha. Possibility to use adult and children's bikes to ride the green ribbon (V93). To visit in the surrounding area: Niort, La Rochelle, the Poitevin marsh, the Futuroscope. The space The house includes on the ground floor: 1 dining room with open kitchen, equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerators, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. 1 living room in the adjoining veranda, overlooking a terrace, garden and swimming pool, south side. 1 office / TV lounge / with piano 1 large bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm): bedroom 1 in photo 1 bathroom with double sink and large shower 1 separate toilet 1 laundry cellar, including a washing machine, dryer, and a freezer, leading to a large courtyard where you can park your cars. We rent our house during our holidays, so it includes all the comfort and amenities needed on a daily basis for a family with kids. All our children's games, toys and books will be available to you. We also have amenities such as a crib and high chair. Outside, you can enjoy: the large swimming pool the adjoining pool house, with a summer kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, gas plancha and wood oven to make your pizzas or other, and a table to take your meals in the shade and sheltered from the insects of our countryside thanks to mosquito nets, several deckchairs a terrace adjoining the veranda with dining table, from which it is pleasant to enjoy the sunset outdoor games: swing, Breton shuffleboard game, petanque, dart game, badminton net and rackets. NB: the pool's secure closure system is a bar tarp (no fence). At the opening, the maneuver requires 2 adults. Finally, we have adult and children's bikes that we can make available to you, according to your request expressed when you book. Other things to note 2 workspaces (desk/screen, keyboard, armchair, fiber optic wifi connection) are also available since my husband and I telework regularly. The property includes animals, sheep, and chickens in confined spaces, as well as 2 cats that we leave on site because they are at home!
