The unique Condo Unit at Tower 2, SMDC Spring Residences feels like home, a relaxing vibe, clean space with essential amenities. Spring Residences has lovely swimming pools. The quiet premises has 24/7 security with CCTV Cameras. The Condo is few meters walk to SM City Bicutan, where you can shop/dine at restos, watch movies, indulges in beauty/relaxation, etc., choice of transpo, i.e., taxis, jeeps, etc, to reach MOA, Pasay, CBDs in Taguig; Makati; etc., It's about 20 mins to the Airports. The space The 28 sqm. Unit has a kitchen, with essentials for cooking with electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, a coffee maker and rice cooker. It has also a refrigerator. Drinking water is also provided free. The T & B has mirror and cabinets. There is also a shower heater and a washing machine for light laundry. The bedroom has a Queen size bed good for 2 pax, a wardrobe cabinet with full mirror doors. the living room which can be closed, is a second bedroom that has 2 sofa beds for 2 additional guests with a wardrobe for each guest. The dining table can accommodate 4 people. The TV is mounted on one side of the wall of the dining area and can be moved left or right. for easy viewing. WIFI internet and NETFLIX are provided free. The Unit has a small balcony. Beddings, bath towels, soap, shampoo, washing detergents are also provided. Guest access Guest/s can have the whole unit to themselves during their stay in the condo unit. Other things to note Only authorized guest/s maximum of 4 (staying or just visiting) are allowed to stay in the Condo Unit. Guests are not allowed to receive unauthorized guest/s inside the condo unit. It is important that the guest/s are willing to follow all the regulations imposed by SMDC Spring Residences Property Management Office to enjoy your full stay and secure your protection as well. Since there is no cleaning fees to be collected, guests are requested to keep the condo unit neat and tidy. Laundry of used or dirty items such as beddings, towels, etc. shall be taken cared of by the Host and must not be washed by the guest/s. Extra beddings and towels are provided for a stay of one week or longer. Lost or damaged property inside the Condo Unit which were caused by any of the authorized guest shall be paid during the check-out. Swimming pools use are managed by the Property Management Office of the Spring Residences and charges apply: P150.00 for regular days and P300.00 during holidays. The Host will endeavor to make your stay in the Unit comfortable and convenient throughout the duration of your stay. Thank you!
