Beautiful Bayhouse on Mobile Bay!

If you are looking for a place to party, please keep looking. This home is for small families or couples looking for a place to relax and unwind. Located just twenty minutes south of downtown Fairhope and forty minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, our bay house offers you the much-needed peace and quiet you deserve either for a weekend getaway or an extended-stay vacation. If you need peace and quiet, this is the place! Guest access ***Careful*** #Parking under the house is available for cars and small vehicles with *under 6 ft* of clearance. Please park SUV’s, Trucks and other larger vehicles in the yard. #The pier located directly in front of the house is yours to enjoy. The pier off to the right is our neighbor’s pier. Please enjoy only our pier :-) Other things to note The house is located on Mobile Bay. The depth of the water, even at the end of the pier is very shallow; the tides don’t change this fact much. Depth of the water is anywhere between 2-4 feet. Please don’t jump or dive off the pier. If you decide to swim, use the concrete steps off to the right of the pier to walk down into the water. Personally, I like to wear water shoes when wading into the water. As for marine life that you might catch , we have the typical blue crab, shrimp, catfish, mullet, some speckled trout, flounder and redfish. Bottle-nosed dolphins are a common sight here in the warm months and are seen almost daily chasing and catching mullet usually on high tide. They're a protected species so please don't harass them or attempt to harm them in any fashion. They are incredible creatures to observe! *Before departure, please remember to take a second look around the house for any forgotten items like clothing, medications, etc. Hosts will gladly return any items left, for a fee of $25 + shipping costs at the UPS store/post office.
