The accommodation is located just 8 minutes walk (750meters) from Cagliari Train Station and a short walk from the bus stop. The space The studio of about 23 sqm located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access). Roomy studio with double bed, wardrobe, TV, table with two chairs, split A/C, soundproofing windows, iron and ironing board, bathroom (shower, bidet and wc), mini induction plate, minibar, juicer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, wine glasses. Other services: Unlimited Wi-Fi and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: Heating is only via split A/C. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
