Guest access As a guest at the condo you will have access to the entire condo, a designated covered parking spot 1B, locked storage shed, pool, and beach access across the street. NOTE: Due to Covid 19 the Hot Tub is no longer available Other things to note ***Pool Opens Around the First of April and Usually Closes Mid October Health and safety is our number one concern for our guests and staff. We are proud to commit to bringing a safe and clean environment for each of our Guests. In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic we have increased our cleaning standards in accordance with the Center for Disease Control and adopted a new enhanced cleaning protocol to stop the spread of any germs in between guests. We want to reassure our guests they will be entering a clean and safe environment on their vacation. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
