The space Welcome to our home in the heart of Ithaca! This 1920's home features original woodwork, an updated kitchen and contemporary furnishings. Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms. Three are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds and the fourth has a twin bed plus a small desk/ workspace. The downstairs common areas are perfect for spending time with friends and family. There’s cozy seating in the living room and a large smart TV with streaming services. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6, perfect for meals or games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and a full bathroom with a shower/tub on the second floor. The back deck provides plenty of space for outdoor dining & entertaining and the front porch is a great spot to sip your morning coffee. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire first and second floor of the home as well as the front porch & back deck. There is a tenant in a downstairs apt who shares the use of the washer and dryer but they have their own entrance & don’t share any of the communal spaces. Other things to note ***Cornell Graduation is an extremely popular weekend!
