Other things to note Electric is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 23 RDS PER kw (May 2026) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here . All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN.
