It’s just 15 minutes from PVR Airport, and about 20 to 25 minutes (up to 30 minutes depending on traffic) to popular attractions like the malecón (boardwalk), restaurants, malls, and beaches. Plus, you’ll be near exciting spots like Vidanta World, Aquaventuras Park, Canopy River Park, and a Butterfly Sanctuary! The space What you get when you stay at Casa Catrina: DOWNSTAIRS: - Parking space for two small vehicles and plenty of street parking - Living space with Wi-Fi and TV - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots, pans and plenty of cabinet space. - Dining table for 6 - Convenient half bath on first floor - Private outdoor patio with gas grill UPSTAIRS: - 1 bedroom with full bed, full bathroom, and air conditioner - 1 bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, tv and air conditioner - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top) a full bathroom, and a tower fan - EXTRA: ONE extra air mattresses, sheets and pillows. Air Mattresses can be used in bedroom with the bunk bed OR in the living room. SAFETY: - Outside of home (front and back) is monitored 24/7 for extra security. Guest access Guest enter from the main entrance and have access to the whole house. Other things to note NOTE: The community is new and still has several buildings being built throughout the area. Therefore, during the day there is louder noises than usual and slight dust from construction. This is temporary and out of our control for the time being.
