Le Laurier is located in the countryside of southern Charente, it is a traditional stone house completely renovated and comfortable with a closed and wooded courtyard in the middle of meadows, woods and fields! On the first floor: a master suite with shower and sink and office area. Two children's bedrooms with single bed, desks, wardrobe, toys. Private enclosed courtyard with terrace, table and barbecue.
