The space This is a smoke-free, vape-free, drug-free, and pet-free property minutes from Nashville. *Airbnb has a permanent ban on parties so paid guests only please.* The spacious living room has plenty of comfy seating with high-speed Internet and an LG 70” smart HD TV. Sofa, leather recliner, leather chair and ottoman, desk, and more. The kitchen has all major appliances plus a 5-cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, and the pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare a complete meal. An 8-place table setting is included. The dining table seats six. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a vanity and a very clean tub/shower combination. The master bedroom has a king bed, chest of drawers, a dresser, and an LG 43” smart HD TV. The second and third bedroom share a hallway bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedroom have queen beds. Both bathrooms have new tile, fresh paint, and are very clean. Towels sets are spa-quality Turkish cotton made in Turkey. This home is very clean and comfortable! If you need more room, we have a second Airbnb two doors down with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. **Note: Neither garage is included in the rental so there is no parking in either garage. The garage door openers are intentionally disabled. Please leave the garage door shut.** Guest access You will enter from behind. The back door (to right of garage doors) has a programmable key code that you will be given prior to arrival. You have access to entire living space, which is on one floor. However, there is no parking in the garage. Other things to note This is a tobacco-free, vape-free, drug-free property. No animals or pets (see below). No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests (limited to 6) and up to 3 cars are allowed on the property. Please have the number of guests correct in your reservation! Additional guests beyond 2 are charged $9 per night to cover additional cleaning and laundry costs. The house is part of a 120-acre historic estate. Feel free to enjoy the two walking trails (maps in the photos), the Sulphur Fork Creek across the scenic highway, or the J. Travis Price Park to the north of the property. Regarding animals, this is a sensitive subject because so many people have strong feelings for their pets. Please know our “no pet” policy is because we cater to guests who have allergies and need the assurance of staying in a pet-free home. Thus, we do not permit pets, therapy dogs, emotional support animals, etc. of any kind. ESA certificates or letters are not recognized in the ADA or Tennessee Code Annotated and we do not make accommodations for ESA’s nor are we required to. We do, however, accommodate trained service dogs assisting people with disabilities (example: a guide dog for a blind individual). We fully comply with the ADA in this regard and are happy to do so. We will ask the questions permitted by the ADA to verify that the dog is indeed a trained service dog working in response to a disability.
