Complete apartment in Orlando with 2 very comfortable bedrooms, within the premises of the Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa (4-star Hotel), located near International Drive and a few minutes from the following parks: Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. The space The 2-Bedroom Villa offers a remarkable space. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a full bathroom including a whirlpool tub, a double bed in the second bedroom with a bathroom, two queen-size sofa beds in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a private washer/dryer and a furnished balcony/patio with screen. Other things to note 1) Contact the host in advance to confirm the availability of dates. I have 1 week per year to rent, with no blocked dates, but I need to confirm availability with Westgate before booking. 2) Rental available for a minimum (and maximum) of 7 nights 3) Check-in can only be done on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays 4) At check-in, the resort requires a refundable deposit of $50 by credit or debit card. The security deposit is $200 if you are using cash instead of a credit card. The system will hold these funds until checkout. 5) The photos are representations of the units provided, and the actual unit is assigned by the resort at check-in 6) Soap and shampoo are not provided, but there is a Walmart store very close to the property, as well as a mini-mart on the premises for basic needs.
