Sycamore is a lovely and cosy retreat in the heart of the Lake District, welcoming guests 365 days a year. This charming chalet offers modern comfort with rustic charm, featuring an open-plan living area, two cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, veranda, and stunning views of the surrounding fells. The space Upon entering the site and getting parked, you'd head across the communal lawn area to your property (SEE MAP in images) Stepping through the front door, you'll be greeted by a warm and rustic open plan space, with Kitchen, dining and living space. This area has windows on three sides and a central fireplace with electric fire. There is a flat screen tv and very fast wifi. Heating is provided via two storage heaters, which will be set up for your arrival and should only require adjustment to your preferences. Moving through into the hallway, there are doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom is well equipped with shower over bath, toilet and sink. Perfect for a soak after a long day on the fells! The double bedroom is cosy with a vanity area, double bed, windows on two sides and a private balcony to the rear. The bunk room has three singles and clothes storage space. Guest access As a guest, you gain access to our exclusive Lake District Estate. We have private lake shore, picnic area with firepit. Guests are allowed to explore our private woodland through the victorian walk "waterfall wood" which has many great spots for a dip, if you're brave enough! Other things to note On site we have 15 properties, acres of farmland, lots of woodlands and a plethora of wildlife. All proceeds from our site go to charitable causes. We support YMCA in North Tyneside, to support communities across the north of England. We're also big on environmental sustainability and conservation, so our work also supports the local area, wildlife and community.
