Newly renovated 3-bedroom house nestled in the Poconos mountains. home offers access to nearby outdoor activities like seasonal outdoor pools, beaches, and tennis courts. Close to Kalahari, Shopping outlets, Park, mount airy casino, including skiing, tubing, fishing, and hiking and endless outdoor recreation activities nearby. This place is the perfect detox from the city life. The space Security camera outside only! For your safety. Beautiful, renovated home with extremely comfortable bedding. Each bedroom is equipped with 5-star gel mattresses, everyone in your group will feel right at home. The house is fully stocked with soft, high-end comforters, sheets, bath & hand towels. No need to bring any extra amenities, we provide it all. Guest access Guest has access to the inside and outside of the house. Guest will need badges to use community amenities. Upon arrival guest will be issued a guest pass for the length of their stay & will be required to provide license & registration. You'll receive that at the Welcome Center which is open 24 hours. Other things to note Booking Requirements: To book the property, you must be 23 years old and responsible adult. Please adhere to the following house rules: No parties allowed. Pets & Service Animals Pets are not allowed on the property. The only exception is for a service animal as defined under applicable law. Emotional support animals and therapy animals are not permitted. Due to gated community and HOA safety, insurance, and registration requirements, all service animals must be disclosed and approved at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. The service animal must be registered with Community Management and Security before entry is granted. Guests traveling with a service animal are required to provide the following information in advance: Confirmation that the animal is a trained service animal Current vaccination records Breed Age Sex Failure to disclose a service animal in advance, failure to complete HOA registration, or arrival with an unregistered animal may result in denied entry by community security, reservation cancellation, or additional fees. Our neighborhood is quiet, with full-time resident neighbors. Please do not leave any garbage inside the house or in the bins. Please wash your dishes and put them in the cabinets; do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher. No smoking inside the house. Please provide a copy of your driver’s license and car registration at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Any violations of these rules will result in a $500 fine. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $100 per person per night. We provide a complimentary 'starter kit' of toiletries and household necessities. For longer stays, Guests may purchase items from area grocery stores or elect to bring their own. There is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, raccoons. Black bears visit the house often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs. Despite our regular treatments, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the house. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. Kindly Note: My home is located in a gated community where management requires all guests to be registered at least 72 hours prior to arrival to allow sufficient time for clearance and gate access. For any bookings or registrations made less than 72 hours before check-in, a $75 last-minute management fee will apply. This fee covers the expedited processing and administrative work needed on short notice. ​A Note on Our Outdoor Spaces ​To ensure your safety and the preservation of our amenities, please be advised that our outdoor furniture, fire pit, and other exterior features are seasonally unavailable during winter conditions. Additionally, these amenities may be restricted during periods of snow, heavy rain, or storms. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our property in top condition for all our guests.
