Welcome to Yucca Studio, a modern, stylish and clean studio apartment. Located centrally to Newquay town centre, beaches, supermarkets and train station all within a 5 minute walk. Our newly refurbished studio has its own entrance, ensuite and kitchenette. It's the perfect bolt hole for a break away to enjoy what Newquay has to offer. The space Our compact modern studio has everything you need to enjoy your self catering holiday. We have BT Full Fibre Wi-Fi, a Kingsize bed, hob, kettle and toaster. Linen and towels are provided. Please note, accommodation has no oven, nor access to the garden or any other areas in the house. We live upstairs in the house so you might hear us from time to time. However, we respect your privacy and won’t ever enter the studio during your stay, it’s completely for our guests use only. Off road parking is available a short walk around the back of the property. Please respect our lovely neighbours as you come and go. This is our full time home and also theirs. Check in from 15:00 and check out 10:00am. Late check out possibly available on request.
