The well-equipped country kitchen offers ample worktop space and a range-style oven, making it the perfect stage for rustling up a delicious meal made from the areas famed local produce. With a dining table for six, you can enjoy sharing meals and conversation together late into the evenings. From here, there is easy access into the fully enclosed garden. On the first floor, two of the three thoughtfully styled bedrooms are presented, both of which are served by en-suite facilities. A dual aspect twin room features a window seat overlooking the garden, with a double bed and additional window seat offered in the other bedroom. Presented on the second floor, the charming master suite features a comfortable king-size bed beneath original beams. This delightful room is served by an en-suite bathroom offering a roll top bath and Jack and Jill sinks. A patio area has been prepared with a charcoal barbecue, dining table, and six chairs, meaning you can dine al fresco when the sun shines. Adjacent to the garden, there is a gravel driveway that will easily accommodate two cars. There is a great selection of excellent restaurants are located just a short walk from the front door of Alice House, including modern dining at Socius, rustic and fiery menus at No Twenty9, and the ever popular and traditional The Hoste Arms. For a lighter bite, there is a handful of lovely delis and cafes serving delicious coffee and food.
