This lower level is well lit, has brand new carpet, paint etc. there is no door to the basement. This is listed as semi private as we do not access the basement The space You get to enjoy the semi privacy of the entire basement . 1 Bedroom with lock on door. private Bathroom with lock, kitchenette and living area. This is a high end luxury space for single to large groups. Enjoy the use of the hot tub 8 am till 10 pm year round. Inquire . Laundry facility are available upon request The private bedroom has a queen size bed and lock on door. The living area has a double bed & Futon and there is plenty of room for a queen size air mattresses that I have on the premises Guest access Hand sanitizer and disposable masks at the entrance of the home for guest use if needed. We not only sanitize between guests we completely alternate pillows, sheets and blankets towels etc. Staying safe. Parking LEFT SIDE IF DRIVEWAY ONLY During your stay I live on the premises and I am available most of the time.
