Recently built with your comfort and convenience in mind, you'll love the incredible desert views through the large floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed and relaxing hot tub. The space Upon entry, you'll find the open concept living space. The living room features wrap around floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that really bring the outside desert landscape to the inside. The Tempur-pedic sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out as an additional sleeping area. In the kitchen we have stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a dining area. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials and a complementary coffee bar. Through the sliding barn door is the bright bedroom with comfy queen size bed beneath a desert-art gallery wall. The bedroom has access to the front and back of the home via sliding glass doors. Beyond the bedroom is the bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, plus a door to the outdoor shower, and the walk in closet with washer and dryer. Outside, the desert landscape wraps around the house. Relax in the hot tub and find your zen out on the yoga deck. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and surrounding property including the gym and yoga deck. Other things to note Prior to check in, guests will be required to read, understand and sign an agreement acknowledging the house rules and guest expectations as required by the Town of Yucca Valley's Short Term Rental Ordinance. Please remember that you are surrounded by nature. It is common to see various mammals, reptiles and insects, and given the opportunity they might try to come inside and relax with you.
