Spacious apartment with garden on the first floor, overlooking the Gulf of Genoa. The apartment, which consists of a large Genoese-style entrance, two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, is about a couple of kilometers from the sea and is immersed in a quiet and peaceful environment in the Crevari neighborhood, an extreme village west of Genoa located within the Beigua Regional Natural Park. The space Chez Giulli is a spacious (about 90 square meters) and bright apartment, located on the first floor of a building located in the village of Crevari, in a pedestrian area about 200 m from the driveway. The privileged position overlooking the sea allows you to enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf of Genoa and the Riviera di Levante. The apartment, which has been recently renovated and is at guests' complete disposal, is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: - full kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances); - washing machine; - TV; - safe for the exclusive use of guests; - sheets and blankets + towels; - possibility, upon request, of having suitable equipment to accommodate children and infants (cot, changing table, games); - private garden with barbecue area, for the exclusive use of guests. Staying at Chez Giulli, guests can immerse themselves in the hiking network of the Beigua Regional Natural Park, recognized by UNESCO as a global geopark, and appreciate the environmental and historical-cultural beauty of the area. Similarly, the beaches are easily accessible both by car (5 min) and on foot (15 min) via the "creuze de ma," typical Ligurian mule tracks. Crevari's location also allows you to easily reach the city center of Genoa (both by car and by public transport), as well as Savona and the various tourist resorts of the Riviera di Ponente. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal and will have free access to the garden belonging to the property. They will be supported in any of their needs from the time of check-in and will be provided with detailed information on the tourist routes of environmental and historical-cultural importance in the area. Other things to note The rate does not include the accommodation tax (€3.00 per day up to a maximum of 8 consecutive nights); Chez Giulli is located in a building where there are other pets.
