There are plenty of spaces to curl up with a book, bask in the sun or play in the field. During the summer, local villages and businesses hold a variety of fetes and musical events that may, on occasion, be audible from the property. The hosts will share any information they have ahead of your visit. The owners run a small holding and depending on the season, livestock may be present in fenced areas on the paddock. Guests can buy eggs, bacon and honey when available. BBQ/Fire pit: wood and charcoal are also available to buy (£9 and £2.50 respectively). Guest access As required by the Fire Safety Order (2005), we advise guests that in the event of a fire, escape windows on the ground floor provide means of escape. Guidelines from the Home Office advise that mobility impaired people should not be accommodated in rooms where the means of escape are reliant on escape windows.
