Spacious Annex in Lower Stretton

We are offering a recently developed cosy annexe situated in North Cheshire. Surrounded by countryside but on the edge of South Warrington giving the property immediate access to the M56/M6. Centrally located to Liverpool, Chester or Manchester. Manchester Airport - 15 Mins Liverpool Airport - 23 Mins Chester Zoo - 24 Mins The private accommodation, a spacious bedroom with modern en-suite and breakfast provided. Great selection from 4 pubs within walking distance (7mins -15 mins). The space This annex has been recently renovated and is finished to a high standard. The annex has it's own private entrance, so although it is attached to the main house, you will be able to come and go independently. There is an entrance hall, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is light, modern and comfortable. It has a king-sized bed, towels, a television, Wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, and a table and chairs for eating at or possibly working, depending upon what your trip requires. You will also be provided with some home-made biscuits - please let us know of any food allergies. There is a roomy, modern en-suite shower room, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We offer a continental-style breakfast at a time of your choosing. You will be offered a range of cereals, breads and muffins, with home-made preserves. A toaster will be provided for toasting! Once again please let us know of any allergies! We try to be as green as possible with our service, so do not have single use plastics or containers, so please bear with us if our service seems a little quirky at times! Other things to note If you have a travel cot for a baby, there is plenty of room for this in the master bedroom. If you need a hair-dryer, iron or any other domestic appliance I am sure we can help - just let us know! Finally, we are on a septic tank, which requires care. Nothing apart from natural waste and toilet paper can be flushed away. Please be respectful of this.
